目的：探讨医院高质量发展背景下，“品质 创新 发展1+X”活动在提升医院医疗质量与服务持续改进中的创新应用。方法：通过某三甲综合性医院收集的2021-2023年1+X活动中230例医疗组改进案例，使用文献资料法、数据分析法，对报名数量、类型、案例得分、优秀案例、待改进案例进行分析。结果：内科（10.59%）、妇产科（27.27%）、医技科室（26.67%）优秀案例入围率显著高于外科（3.28%）和儿科（8.33%，P=0.009）。活动案例申报开展以来案例类型及参与质量呈现提升趋势，内科、妇产科和医技科室入围优秀案例比率较高。结论：专业质控指标类案例的高入围率（33.3%）与《三级医院评审标准》聚焦核心指标的要求一致。开展“品质 创新 发展1+X”活动中，活动申报类型为专业质控指标及治疗质量指标更有助于推进科室医疗质量持续改进。

Objective：Against the backdrop of high-quality hospital development，this study explores the innovative application of the “Quality，Innovation，Development 1+X” initiative in promoting continuous improvement of medical quality and services. Methods：A total of 230 medical team cases from the 1+X activity improvement program（2021-2023）at Quanzhou First Hospital were analyzed using literature review and data analysis，focusing on registration volume，case types，scoring，outstanding cases，and cases requiring improvement. Results：The shortlisting rates of excellent cases in the Department of Internal Medicine（10.59%），Obstetrics and Gynecology（27.27%），and Medical Technology Departments（26.67%）were significantly higher than those in the Department of Surgery（3.28%）and Pediatrics（8.33%，P=0.009）. The initiative has demonstrated a upward trend in case diversity and quality participation，with internal medicine，obstetrics and gynecology，and medical technology departments showing notably higher excellence rates. Conclusion：The high shortlisting rate（33.3%）of cases focusing on professional quality control indicators aligns with the core requirements of the Tertiary Hospital Accreditation Standards. The “Quality，Innovation，Development 1+X” initiative，particularly when centered on professional quality control and treatment quality indicators，effectively promotes sustained improvement of departmental medical quality.
