目的：探讨临床医学实习生临床实习中实施精细化管理的应用效果。方法：选取我院2023年6月至2024年12月临床医学专业实习生68人作为研究对象，其中对照组34人，干预组34人。通过建立健全实习带教管理体系及机制、干预组实施标准化科室带教管理规范、精确完善实习管理规章制度、按照规范定期开展各项教学活动、精准个性化技能教学、实施过程监控与反馈机制等方式，检查和控制临床实习教学质量。阶段性实习后，对学生进行理论和技能考核，以及实习生满意度和学习情况调查。结果：干预组在实习3个月后的阶段性理论和技能考核成绩均高于对照组；在学习情况满意度调查中，干预组在学习效果、学习积极性、对带教满意度等方面均高于对照组。结论：精细化管理有利于临床专业实习生的实习过程管理，可提高实习生的学习质量，对今后临床实习管理工作有一定指导作用，可有效提高临床实习生带教质量。

Objective：To explore the application effect of refined management in the teaching and management of clinical interns. Methods：A total of 68 clinical medicine interns from June 2023 to December 2024 in our hospital were enrolled in this study，and were divided into the control group（n=34）and the intervention group（n=34）. The quality of clinical internship teaching was monitored and controlled by establishing and improving the internship teaching management system and mechanisms，implementing standardized departmental teaching management norms，precisely refining internship management regulations，regularly conducting various teaching activities according to standards，providing accurate personalized skill training，and implementing process monitoring and feedback mechanisms. After the phased internship，the students underwent the assessment of theory and skills，and surveys were conducted on internship satisfaction and learning outcomes. Results：The intervention group achieved higher scores in both theoretical and skill assessments after three months of internship compared to the control group. In the satisfaction survey on learning outcomes，the intervention group showed higher satisfaction in terms of learning effectiveness，motivation，and satisfaction with teaching compared to the control group. Conclusion：Refined management is beneficial for the process management of clinical internships，through improving the learning quality of interns，and providing valuable insights for future clinical internship management，which could effectively enhance the quality of clinical internship teaching.
