Abstract:Objective：To analyze the current status and research hotspots of hospital scientific research performance and to promote high-quality development in hospital research. Methods：A total of 312 articles related to hospital scientific research performance were retrieved from the CNKI，Wanfang，and VIP databases. Bibliometric methods were employed to analyze publication trends，journals，authors，research institutions，and keywords. Results：The annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend. The articles were published in 134 journals.The research collaborations are loosely structured and regionally concentrated. Research hotspots included “scientific research management，”“performance assessment，”“indicator system，”“performance evaluation，”“research funding，” and the “Delphi method.” Nine thematic clusters were identified，and recent emerging keywords were “cluster analysis” and “Delphi method.” Conclusion：Future research on hospital scientific research performance should prioritize interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration，optimization of performance evaluation indicators，improvement of performance management systems，enhanced focus on team performance management，and innovation in evaluation methodologies.
