中文摘要: 高层次人才引进是推进高水平医院发展的重要工作,柔性引进高层次人才作为人才引进的补充手段,可以充分发挥人才的主观能动性,是一种新型的医院招才引智的重要方式。文章通过对医院柔性引进高层次人才进行态势分析(SWOT),提出柔性引进的重点和方向,分析医院柔性引进的措施与现状,总结取得的成效,分析存在的问题,提出一系列改进的建议。通过对柔性引进高层次人才工作的探索和取得成效进行总结,为其他地级市公立医院的人才工作提供参考。

Abstract:The introduction of high-level talents is an important task for promoting the development of high-level hospitals. The flexible introduction of high-level talents,as a supplementary means of talent introduction,can fully exert the subjective initiative of talents and is an important new way for hospitals to recruit talents and attract intelligence. Through the SWOT analysis of the flexible introduction of high-level talents in the hospital,this paper proposes the key points and directions of flexible introduction,analyzes the measures and current situation of the hospital’s flexible introduction,summarizes the achieved effects,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward a series of improvement suggestions. By summarizing the exploration and achievements of the flexible introduction of high-level talents,it provides references for the talent work and hospital development of other prefecture-level public hospitals.
