Abstract:Objective：To explore the construction of a comprehensive，full process，and full cycle supervision system in the field of medical consumables management in large public hospitals through SPD information systems. Methods：Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the supervision of the Discipline Inspection Commission，our hospital has introduced the SPD supply chain management model for medical consumables，established a tertiary grid based discipline inspection and supervision system，and achieved dynamic，real-time，full process，and full cycle supervision from various aspects such as investigation and research，design concept，implementation，and pilot promotion. Result：The supervision system effectively improved the lean management level of hospital consumables，comprehensively reduced and eliminated the risk of corruption in the consumables field. Conclusion：This system can provide reference and basis for anti-corruption and integrity work in the management of medical consumables in hospitals at all levels.
