探索心脏解剖图与梯形图联合模型在地方本科院校医学生心电教学中的应用价值。该模型通过整合心脏解剖图、心电图与梯形图,动态演示不同心律下的心脏结构与心电图变化,系统阐释生理与病理状态的心电形成机制。教学实践中采用对比讲解法,将抽象的心电理论具象化,促进理论联系实际。经教学实践验证,该模式显著提升了学生心电图知识掌握度、学习效率和临床分析能力,对提升心电教学质量和学生临床能力有重要促进作用,具有推广价值。
This study explores the application value of a combined cardiac anatomical diagram and ladder diagram model in electrocardiogram(ECG)teaching for medical students at local undergraduate institutions. The model dynamically demonstrates cardiac structural changes and corresponding ECG variations under different cardiac rhythms by integrating cardiac anatomical diagrams,electrocardiograms,and ladder diagrams,systematically elucidating the electrophysiological mechanisms underlying both physiological and pathological cardiac activities. Utilizing a comparative teaching approach in practice,it materializes abstract electrophysiological theories and facilitates the integration of theory with clinical practice. Teaching practice has verified that this model significantly enhances students’ ECG knowledge mastery,learning efficiency,and clinical analytical capabilities. The approach demonstrates substantial potential for improving ECG teaching quality and developing students’ clinical competencies,indicating valuable prospects for broader educational implementation.
