中文摘要: 目的：探究医联体背景下护理管理对专科护士护理能力及护理质量的影响。方法：将某医院2022年1月-2023年1月接受常规护理管理的40例专科护士纳入对照组，2023年2月-2024年2月接受医联体背景下护理管理的40例专科护士纳入观察组。对比两组护理成绩、护理能力、护理质量。结果：干预后，两组理论知识、护理技能成绩均升高，且观察组比对照组高（P＜0.05）。 观察组的注册护士核心能力量表（CIRN）、专科护士护理质量评价表各维度评分与总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：医联体背景下护理管理可提升专科护士的护理理论和技能水平，改善其护理能力与护理质量。

Abstract:Objective：To explore the impact of nursing management on the nursing ability and nursing quality of specialized nurses under the background of medical union. Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted to include 40 cases of specialist nurses who received routine nursing management from January 2022 to January 2023 into the control group，and 40 cases of specialist nurses who received nursing management under the background of medical union from February 2023 to February 2024 into the observation group. Nursing performance，nursing ability and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results：After intervention，the scores of theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of both groups were increased，and the observation group was higher than the control group（P < 0.05）. The scores and total scores of the Core competence Scale（CIRN）of registered nurses and the nursing quality evaluation table of specialist nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing management can improve the nursing performance，nursing ability and nursing quality of specialized nurses under the background of medical union.
