中文摘要: 目的:本研究旨在探讨AI(人工智能)辅助下的PBL(基于问题的学习)与CBL(基于案例的学习)联合教学模式在儿科临床教学中的应用效果,并评估其对学生综合能力培养的影响。方法:选取2023年9月至2024年7月期间在南京市某三甲医院实习的两个班级本科生,共68人,随机分为实验组(33人)和对照组(35人)。实验组采用AI辅助的PBL与CBL联合教学模式,对照组采用传统的PBL与CBL教学模式。实习结束后,评估两组学生的理论成绩和临床操作技能成绩,以及考核教学效果。结果:实验组学生的理论考核成绩为86.91±6.59分,显著高于对照组的80.23±6.82分(P < 0.001);在临床操作技能考核中,实验组得分为88.36±3.98分,也显著高于对照组的82.71±4.29分(P < 0.001)。结论:AI技术与PBL、CBL联合教学模式的整合显著提升了学生的理论知识和临床技能水平,增强了学生的自主学习和综合能力,并且在儿科临床教学中表现出了较高的应用价值。该模式为医学教学提供了新的思路,具有良好的推广前景。
Abstract:Objective:This study aims to explore the impact of integrating AI(Artificial Intelligence)with the PBL(Problem-Based Learning)and CBL(Case-Based Learning)combined teaching model on the development of students’ comprehensive abilities in pediatric clinical education. Methods:A total of 68 undergraduate students from two classes who interned at a certain grade A tertiary hospital in Nanjing from September 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group(33 students)and a control group(35 students). The experimental group adopted an AI-assisted PBL and CBL combined teaching model,while the control group used the traditional PBL and CBL teaching model. At the end of the internship,theoretical scores and clinical skills of both groups were assessed to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results:The theoretical examination scores of the experimental group were 86.91±6.59 points,significantly higher than the control group’s 80.23±6.82 points(P < 0.001). Similarly,in the clinical skills assessment,the experimental group scored 88.36±3.98 points,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 82.71±4.29 points(P < 0.001). Conclusion:The integration of AI with the PBL and CBL combined teaching model significantly improved students’ theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and self-learning abilities,demonstrating high applicability in pediatric clinical education. This teaching approach provides new insights for modern medical education and shows promising prospects for broader implementation.
