中文摘要: 目的:探讨聚焦解决模式导练对临床护士职业韧性和职业认同的影响。方法:选取2022年4月~2023年4月我院78名临床护士,按分层随机法分成试验组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组应用常规心理辅导,试验组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式导练干预,对比两组职业倦怠、职业韧性、心理资本和认同感等。结果:干预12周后,两组各项职业倦怠得分降低,各项职业韧性得分升高;且试验组各项职业倦怠(人格解体、情绪疲急和成就感下降等)得分低于对照组,各项职业韧性(职业热情、学习成长、合作精神和自我效能等)得分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。干预12周后,两组各项心理资本得分和各项职业认同得分均升高,且试验组各项心理资本(乐观、希望、自我效能和坚韧)得分和各项职业认同(职业期望、情感、价值观和能力)得分均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:对临床护士进行聚焦解决模式导练干预,有助于提高护士的职业韧性,减少职业倦怠,并促进其心理资本和认同感提高。
Abstract:Objective:Explore the impact of focused problem-solving models and guidance in the resilience and professional identity of clinical nurses. Method:78 clinical nurses from our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided by a trial group(39 cases)and a control group(39 cases)using envelope related randomization. Control group applied psychological counseling,while experimental group focused in problem-solving mode guidance and intervention. The occupational burnout,occupational resilience,psychological capital,and sense for identity were compared between these two groups. Results:After 12 weeks of intervention,both groups showed a decrease oin burnout scores of various professions,while resilience scores on various professions increased. on addition,experimental group had lower scores in burnout(personality disintegration,emotional fatigue,and decreased sense of achievement)compared to the control group,while resilience scores in various professions(passion,learning growth,cooperation spirit,and self-efficacy)than control group(P < 0.05). After 12 weeks of intervention,both groups showed an increase on scores for various psychological related capital and occupational identity,and experimental group had higher score for various psychological related capital(optimism,hope,self-efficacy,and resilience)and occupational identity(occupational expectations,emotions,values,and abilities)than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Implementing focused problem-solving training interventions for nurses can help improve their professional resilience,reduce occupational burnout,and promote an increase on their psychological capital and sense of identity.
