中文摘要: 目的:运用DRG重点指标对医疗服务绩效进行评价,为医院精细化管理提供参考。方法:从医保 DRG数据管理平台提取全市16家试点医院2020 年—2022 年的 DRG 医疗数据,从DRG组数、DRG入组数、 CMI 值、时间消耗指数、费用消耗指数等方面对本院医疗能力、服务效率进行评价分析。结果:本院2022 年的CMI 值、DRG组数均高于16家试点医院均数,并较2020、2021年有所提高;费用消耗指数低于16家试点医院均数,而时间消耗指数大于1.0,超过16家试点医院均数。结论:2022年本院DRG与三级甲等综合医院比较,CMI值还有待进一步提高,需要加强时间消耗指数控制,缩短平均住院天数。DRG相关重点指标可客观反映医院医疗服务能力的优势与不足,持续提升医疗服务质量。
Abstract:Objective:To use DRG key indicators to parity medical service performance and provide reference for hospital fine management. Methods:The DRG medical data of 16 pilot hospitals (including our hospital)from 2020 to 2022 were extracted from the medical insurance DRG data management platform,and the medical capacity and service efficiency were evaluated and analyzed from the aspects of the number of DRG groups,the number of DRG groups,the CMI value,the time consumption index and the cost consumption index. Results:The CMI value and the number of DRG groups of our hospital in 2022 were higher than the average number of 16 pilot hospitals,which was also higher than that in 2020 and 2021. The cost consumption index was lower than the average of 16 pilot hospitals,while the time consumption index was greater than 1.0,which was higher than the average of 16 pilot hospitals. Conclusion:In 2022,the CMI value of DRG in our hospital needs to be further improved compared with that of grade A tertiary general hospitals,and it is also necessary to strengthen the control of time consumption index and shorten the average length of hospitalization.DRG related key indicators can objectively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of hospital medical service ability,and can provide reference for continuous improvement of medical service.
