Abstract:Objective：To understand the cognitive status of nurses in Suqian city on the prevention and control of nosocomial infection，and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods：The questionnaire survey was designed and distributed on the WeChat social platform in the form of “questionnaire star”，with the principle of voluntary filling. The nursing department of 5 hospitals with relatively large scale should invite nursing staff to actively participate. The questionnaires were collected from 24 to 30 October 2022，and a total of 1，408 questionnaires were recovered，including 1，402 valid questionnaires. Results：A total of 1，402 nurses were investigated，including 68.8% in 3 grade A tertiary hospitalswith a total of 965，and 31.2% in 2 grade A secondaryhospitalswith a total of 437. The average age of the respondents is（31.4±7.11）years old. Nurses with different grades of hospitals，different departments，professional titles and working years have different knowledge of infection prevention and control. Whether they are members of infection group or not is also an important factor affecting the effect of training，and the difference of training effect is statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：There are some misunderstandings in the perception and control of nurses in Suqian，and the cognitive level is affected by the level of the hospital，the professional title of nurses，the length of service，the department，whether they are members of the infection group，the degree of attention of leaders and other factors.
