| 目的：了解宿迁市护理人员对医院感染防控的认知现状，并对影响因素进行分析。方法：设计问卷调查，以“问卷星”方式，在微信社交平台发放，采取自愿填写原则，请规模相对较大的5家医院护理部邀请护理人员积极参与。问卷收集时间为2022年10月24日-10月30日，共收回问卷1 408份，其中有效问卷1 402份。结果：共调查1 402名护理人员，其中三级甲等医院3家共965名，占68.8%；二级甲等医院2家437名，占31.2%；平均年龄（31.4±7.11）岁。不同等级医院及不同科室、职称、工作年限的护理人员感染防控认知各不相同，是否为感染小组成员也是影响感染防控认知的重要因素，感染防控知识、态度、实践差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：宿迁市护理人员在感控某些方面认知存在误区，且认知水平受医院的级别、护理人员职称、工龄、科室、是否为感染小组成员、领导重视程度等因素影响。 |

| Objective：To understand the cognitive status of nurses in Suqian city on the prevention and control of nosocomial infection，and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods：The questionnaire survey was designed and distributed on the WeChat social platform in the form of “questionnaire star”，with the principle of voluntary filling. The nursing department of 5 hospitals with relatively large scale should invite nursing staff to actively participate. The questionnaires were collected from 24 to 30 October 2022，and a total of 1，408 questionnaires were recovered，including 1，402 valid questionnaires. Results：A total of 1，402 nurses were investigated，including 68.8% in 3 grade A tertiary hospitalswith a total of 965，and 31.2% in 2 grade A secondaryhospitalswith a total of 437. The average age of the respondents is（31.4±7.11）years old. Nurses with different grades of hospitals，different departments，professional titles and working years have different knowledge of infection prevention and control. Whether they are members of infection group or not is also an important factor affecting the effect of training，and the difference of training effect is statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：There are some misunderstandings in the perception and control of nurses in Suqian，and the cognitive level is affected by the level of the hospital，the professional title of nurses，the length of service，the department，whether they are members of the infection group，the degree of attention of leaders and other factors. |
