Abstract:Objective：To analyze the application effect of driving license scoring management in hospital physician management.Methods：Collect the number of doctors’ bad practice，assessment score data and relevant quality control indicators in outpatient management，drug management，medical record management，doctor-patient communication and complaint management，implementation of the core system of medical quality and safety before the driving license scoring management（April to November 2021）and after the management（April to November 2022） that are in a certain grade A tertiarygeneral hospital of a prefecture-level city，and to evaluate the management effect. Results：After the implementation of the driving license scoring management，the bad practice behavior of doctors related to the scoring assessment was significantly improved，and the number of doctors scored and the total score showed a downward trend.Compared with before management，the internal quality control indicators directly related to the scoring assessment were significantly improved，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05），Among the quality indicators of out-of-hospital evaluation，the indicators indirectly related to the scoring assessment were significantly improved，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The driving license scoring management has achieved remarkable results in the management of doctors in hospitals，which can effectively regulate the bad practice of doctors，and improve the medical quality，safety and efficiency of hospitals.
