| 目的：探讨基于Donabedian理论的外科患者VTE护理敏感质量指标体系的构建及应用效果。方法：通过循证、专家函询构建基于Donabedian理论的静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）护理敏感质量指标体系。将实施预防VTE护理质量敏感指标前（2022年8月-9月）收治的符合标准的128例外科患者作为对照组，实施后（2022年10月—11月）收治的132例外科患者作为观察组；对照组实施预防VTE常规护理，观察组采用自行设计的预防VTE护理质量敏感指标监控管理。比较两组患者VTE风险评估合格率、VTE基本预防措施实施合格率、VTE机械防范措施实施合格率、抗凝药物给药操作合格率、患者VTE健康宣教合格率、患者VTE发生率及患者VTE预防满意率。结果：应用VTE预防护理质量敏感指标体系后，VTE风险评估合格率、VTE机械防范措施实施合格率、抗凝药物给药操作合格率、患者VTE健康宣教合格率、患者VTE发生率、患者VTE预防满意率较实施前差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；VTE基本预防措施实施合格率实施前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：VTE护理敏感质量指标体系的构建及应用能够提高外科VTE护理的工作质量，降低患者VTE发生率，提高患者VTE预防满意度。 |

| Objective：To explore the construction and application effect of sensitive quality index system of VTE nursing for surgical patients based on Donabedian theory. Methods：A VTE nursing sensitive quality index system based on Donabedian theory was constructed through evidence-based and expert correspondence consultation. 128 surgical patients who met the criteria and were admitted before the implementation of sensitive indicators of care quality for VTE prevention（from August to September 2022）were used as the control group. 132 surgical patients who met the criteria and were admitted after the implementation（from October 2022 to November 2022）were used as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing for VTE prevention，while the observation group was given self-designed nursing quality sensitive indicators to monitor and manage VTE prevention. The qualified rate of VTE risk assessment，qualified rate of VTE basic preventive measures implementation，qualified rate of VTE mechanical preventive measures implementation，correct rate of anticoagulant drug administration operation，qualified rate of VTE health education，incidence of VTE and satisfaction rate of VTE prevention were compared between the two groups. Results：After the application of VTE preventive nursing quality sensitive index system，the qualified rate of VTE risk assessment，qualified rate of VTE mechanical preventive measures implementation，correct rate of anticoagulant drug administration，qualified rate of VTE health education，incidence of VTE and satisfaction rate of VTE prevention had statistical significance before the implementation（P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of VTE basic preventive measuresbefore and after implementation（P > 0.05）. Conclusion：The construction and application of VTE nursing sensitive quality index system can improve the quality of surgical VTE nursing，reduce the incidence of VTE and improve the satisfaction of patients with VTE prevention. |
