Abstract:Objective：In response to the National Health and Medical Commission's clinical nutrition specialty quality improvement project,to rely on the medicalQuality ManagementSystem（QMS），apply intelligent management to realize the homogenization of medical quality of clinical nutritionand evaluate effectiveness. Method：Update the management indicators in time through the release of information platform, special quality control training, and monthly indicator reporting,for a series of homogeneous education for 75 provincial quality control units. Results：（1）TheNutritional Risk Screening（NRS）process was standardized,while the management department was unified(Information Office/Department100%) and the awareness of medical personnel was improved. （2）The average NRS rate of inpatient was significantly increased（z=3.429，P < 0.01）. Conclusion：The integration of intelligent management and QMS contribute to the accurate implementation of specialist quality improvement projects. The homogeneous practice of medical quality management methods can effectively guarantee the continuous improvement of specialist diagnosis and treatment technology and service quality.
