中文摘要: 目的:响应国家卫健委临床营养专科质量改进项目,依托分级质控体系,应用信息化管理技术,实践同质化医疗质量管理并评价效果。方法:实时更新专科质控指标,经信息平台发布、质控专项培训、月度指标上报,为75家省级质控单位展开同质化系列教育。结果:(1)营养风险筛查流程规范,数据管理部门统一(信息处/科100.00%),临床医护参与度提升;(2)平均住院患者营养风险筛查率显著提升(z=3.429,P < 0.01)。结论:信息技术与质控体系的契合,有助于精准落实专科质量改进项目。同质化实践医疗质量管理方法,可以有效保障专科诊疗技术和服务质量的持续提升。
Abstract:Objective:In response to the National Health and Medical Commission's clinical nutrition specialty quality improvement project,to rely on the medicalQuality ManagementSystem(QMS),apply intelligent management to realize the homogenization of medical quality of clinical nutritionand evaluate effectiveness. Method:Update the management indicators in time through the release of information platform, special quality control training, and monthly indicator reporting,for a series of homogeneous education for 75 provincial quality control units. Results:(1)TheNutritional Risk Screening(NRS)process was standardized,while the management department was unified(Information Office/Department100%) and the awareness of medical personnel was improved. (2)The average NRS rate of inpatient was significantly increased(z=3.429,P < 0.01). Conclusion:The integration of intelligent management and QMS contribute to the accurate implementation of specialist quality improvement projects. The homogeneous practice of medical quality management methods can effectively guarantee the continuous improvement of specialist diagnosis and treatment technology and service quality.
