中文摘要: 目的：通过增强对中医医疗规范与安全重视，提升病历书写质量，提高理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例。方法：引入PDCA循环，从计划（Plan）、实施（Do）、检测（Check）、处理（Action）四个阶段提高医生中医理论与临床相结合水平。结果：理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例明显上升（P＜0.01）。结论：PDCA循环管理模式在提高理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例方面取得了明显成效。
Abstract:Objective：Take the opportunity of increasing the proportion of discharged patients，enhance the emphasis on TCM medical norms and safety and improve the quality of writing medical records. Methods：The PDCA cycle was introduced toimprove doctors' level of combination of TCM theory and clinic from four stages：Plan，Do，Check and Action. Results：The proportion of discharged patients with consistent use of TCM principle-method-recipe-medicines increased significantly（P < 0.01）. Conclusion：PDCA cycle management model has achieved remarkable results in increasing the proportion of discharged patients with consistent use of TCM principle-method-recipe-medicines.
