人口老龄化带来的养老问题是全球都要面临的挑战。我国香港地区养老事业从20世纪70年代开始发展，经过半个多世纪的不断探索，现已取得了显著成效。本文通过对香港养老服务事业的保障体系、模式及人才方面的研究，为我国内地养老事业的精细化发展提供一些启示。

The problem of elderly care brought about by the aging of the population is a global challenge. The pension business in Hong Kong China was developed since 1970s，with more than half century’s continuous exploration，it had achieved remarkable results. Through the research on the security system，model and talents of the elderly care service in Hong Kong，it could provide some enlightenment for the refined development of the elderly care service in my country.
