BCG矩阵与床位利用评价模型在医院床位资源配置中的应用△

摘要:
目的:分析医院临床科室床位运行效率与产出效益,综合评价各科床位使用情况,为医院精细化床位运营管理提供客观依据。方法:以南京市某大型三甲医院2021年运营数据为基础,以床位使用率、平均住院日O/E值以及床位周转次数绘制床位运行效率模型BCG-1矩阵图;以床均净收入及其增长率结合床位数绘制床位产出效益模型BCG-2矩阵图,以床均业务量及其增长率结合床位数绘制床位产出效益模型BCG-3矩阵图。运用床位运行效率指标模型和床位产出效益指标模型,综合评价科室床位利用情况,分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级,并利用床位工作效率指标通过SPSS 25.0与Excel统计软件计算出各科床位合理配置范围。结果:全院35个临床科室中,7个Ⅰ级科室中4个科室和6个Ⅱ级科室中3个科室的床位数需上调;10个Ⅲ级科室中3个和5个Ⅳ级科室中4个科室以及7个Ⅴ级科室中5个科室床位数需下调;其余科室床位数均在合理配置区间。结论:利用多指标模型对医院床位利用效率进行综合评价,结合科室实际发展潜力,能够客观全面地平衡好科室床位需求,实现医院床位精细化运营管理。

Application of BCG Matrix and Bed Utilization Evaluation Model in Hospital Bed Resource Allocation△

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the operating efficiency and output benefit of beds in clinical departments of the hospital,and comprehensively evaluate the use of beds in various departments,so as to provide objective basis for the fine operation and management of beds in the hospital. Methods:Based on the 2021 operation data of a certain large grade Atertiary hospital in Nanjing,the BCG-1 matrix of the bed operation efficiency model is drawn by using the bed utilization rate,the o/e value of the average hospitalization day and the bed turnover times. The bed output benefit model BCG-2 matrix is drawn based on the bed average net income and its growth rate in combination with the number of beds. The bed output benefit model BCG-3 matrix is drawn based on the average bed business volume and its growth rate in combination with the number of beds. The utilization of beds in departments is comprehensively evaluated by using the bed operation efficiency index model and the bed output benefit index model,which are divided into grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ,grade Ⅳ and grade Ⅴ. Using the working efficiency index of beds,the reasonable allocation range of beds in each department is calculated by SPSS 25.0 and EXCEL statistical software. Results:Among the 35 clinical departments in the hospital,the number of beds in 4 grade I departments needs to be increased,the number of beds in 3 grade Ⅱ departments needs to be increased,the number of beds in 3 grade Ⅲ departments needs to be decreased,the number of beds in 4 grade IV departments needs to be decreased,and the number of beds in 5 grade V departments needs to be decreased. The number of beds in other departments is within the reasonable allocation range. Conclusion:Using the multi index model to comprehensively evaluate the utilization efficiency of hospital beds,combined with the actual development potential of clinical departments,it can objectively and comprehensively balance the needs of beds and implement the refined operation and management of the hospital.
