中文摘要: 目的:以岗位胜任力为导向,构建超声医学人机对话教学与考试系统,观察应用于超声医师规范化培训中的临床教学效果。方法:选取南京医科大学附属儿童医院规范化培训住院医师30名,2018~2021年规培学员16名为研究组,采用人机对话模式教学,2014~2017年规培学员14名为对照组,采用传统讲授方式教学。对比两组培训后考核成绩的差异,并对所有学员进行问卷调查。结果:第一阶段研究组理论成绩与对照组相比无差异(86.1±4.3分vs. 83.8±4.2分;t=1.625,P>0.05),第二阶段研究组理论与操作成绩均优于对照组(93.8±2.3 vs. 88.2±2.9,t=4.985,P<0.05;94.6±1.5 vs. 89.9±1.4,t=9.358,P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,人机对话教学与考试系统的构建其课程设计及授课方式的满意度较高。结论:构建超声医学人机对话教学与考试系统适用于超声医学的住院医师规范化培训,并能有效提升学员的岗位胜任力。
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of human-computer dialogue teaching and examination system for ultrasound residents under the guidance of post competence in standardized clinical training. Methods:Thirty resident physicians who received standardized training in ultrasound medicine from 2014 to 2021 in children’s hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected,the experimental group was the standardized training course for 2018 to 2021 16 resident physicians. The human-computer dialogue teaching and examination system model was adopted. The control group wasfrom2014 to 2017,14 resident physicians,using traditional teaching methods. The difference between the two group of post-training test scores was compared,and the questionnaire survey was conducted among all students. Results:The theoretical score around the first stage was no significant between experimental group and the control group(86.1±4.3 points vs. 83.8±4.2 points;t=1.625,P > 0.05). The performance of the experimental group either the theoretical scores and operation scores around second stage were better than the control group(93.8±2.3 vs. 88.2±2.9 t=4.985,P<0.05;94.6±1.5 vs. 89.9±1.4 t=9.358,P<0.05). The questionnaire survey shows that the construction of human-computer dialogue teaching and examination system has higher degree of satisfaction in course design and teaching method. Conclusion:The establishment of human-computer dialogue teaching and examination system was suitable for the standardized training of residents in ultrasound medicine,and can effectively improve the post competence.
