Voluntary Blood Donation Health Education ofBloodDonation WeChat Platform Degree of Cognition Recruit
目的：探究献血健康教育微信平台对无偿献血认知度及宣传招募的影响。方法：采用问卷对微信平台预约及成功捐献血小板献血者2 914名（观察组）及同期自发到血液中心捐献血小板献血者2 900名（对照组）进行无偿献血认知度调查，回顾性分析血液中心2018年7月~2020年7月参加单采血小板献血志愿者相关数据。结果：观察组无偿献血知识评分（42.76±2.85）明显高于对照组（35.72±4.83），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2019年8月~2020年7月单采血小板人次2531名，相对2018年7月~2019年7月增长560.8%；2019年8月~2020年7月重复单采血小板人次38名，复采率相对2018年7月~2019年7月增长15.4%。结论：献血健康教育微信平台可提升无偿献血认知程度，提升招募效果及单采血小板重复率。
Objective：To explore the influence of WeChat platform for health education of blood donation on the awareness and recruitment of unpaid blood donation. Methods：Questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness of voluntary blood donation among 2，914 blood donors who made appointments and successfully donated platelets on WeChat platform（observation group）and 2，900 blood donors who spontaneously donated platelets to the blood center（control group）at the same time，and the relevant data of volunteers who participated in monocollecting plateletsblood donation from July 2018 to July 2020 in our center were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The knowledge score of unpaid blood donation in the observation group（42.76±2.85）was significantly higher than control group（35.72±4.83），the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. From August 2019 to July 2020，there were 2531 platelets collected for apheresis，an increase of 560.8% compared withthat from July 2018 to July 2019. From August 2019 to July 2020，there were 38 repeated apheresis platelets，an increase of 15.4% over that from July 2018 to July 2019. Conclusion：The WeChat platform of health education for blood donation can improving the cognition degree of unpaid blood donation，improving the recruitment effect and improving the repetition rate of monocollecting platelets.
