目的：辅助生殖助孕存在治疗周期长和费用高等问题，研究双向转诊存在的问题和患者需求，可减少其往返时间和误工费，帮助生殖机构调整和优化服务，并为落实国家双向转诊制度提供参考。方法：选取2020年7月-10月于昆明医科大学第一附属医院生殖遗传科就诊的176例自愿参与调查的不孕不育患者为研究对象，通过调查问卷收集患者不孕不育信息、就诊需求、双向转诊知晓率、双向转诊需求及双向转诊存在的问题，并进行数据分析。结果：患者存在不孕不育年限长，约75.00%的患者受不孕不育问题困扰超过3年，甚至长达10余年；且74.43%患者来自非省会城市，多数需到生殖机构较集中的省会城市进行助孕治疗，但82.39%的患者对双向转诊制度不了解；助孕成功后77.27%的患者愿意转诊到当地医院；对下级医院的医疗水平不信任、下级医院条件相对落后及设备缺乏等因素造成约22.73%的患者不愿意转诊。结论：辅助生殖双向转诊需求较大，但知晓率低，基层医院医师对双向转诊重视程度不高和技术水平相对较低等限制了双向转诊的落地，应加强双向转诊人才培养和联盟建设，以推进双向转诊制度落地。
Objective：Assisted reproduction technology（ART）was the major way to resolve infertility，however，the long time for the treatment circle，which enhanced the higher cost of patients for daily expenses and reimburse for sick leave，study on the demands and influencing factors of two-way referral for infertility patients would benefit for reducing their time and expense for ART，and helping the department of reproductive medicine to adjust and optimize their services，as well as providing benefit information to perform the two-way referral policy for government. Methods：176 infertility patients were voluntary selected，who visited the department of genetics and reproduction，the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university for infertility treatment between July to October of 2020，the questionnaire were performed for collecting their infertility information，the demand for medical treatment，the awareness rate of two-way referral，the demand for two-way referral and the problems existing in two-way referral，so as to data analysis. Results：The patients have been infertile for a long time. About 75.00% of the patients suffered from infertility more than 3 years，parts of them even reached to more than 10 years，74.43% of them lived in non-provincial cities，they had to perform more time on the treatment in the provincial city. However，82.39% of the patients did not know about two-way referral. In addition，77.27% of the patients were willing to be referred to local hospitals after the pregnancy with ART. The mistrust for the ability of doctors from local hospital，lack of equipment，and so on. which caused about 22.73% of the infertility patients unwilling to be referred to local hospitals. Conclusion：The demand for two-way referral of infertility patients with ART were great，however，the awareness rate of two-way referral was low，and doctors in local hospital did not pay more attention on two-way referral，the lower technical levelfor doctors from local hospital which limited the performance of two-way referral for infertility patients. It was necessary to promote the training plan for improving the ability of doctors from local hospital on the treatment for infertility and construction of reproductive medicine alliance to promote the implementation of two-way referral policy.
