Abstract:Objective：To understand the residents’ views on the current situation of residential training curriculum，evaluate the implementation progress and effect of residential training curriculum，find out the problems and put forward corresponding solutions. Methods：Some key questions in the curriculum of residential training were selected，and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents of the base，the residents entrusted by the external hospital and the residents studying for professional degree. The results were analyzed by descriptive analysis，multiple response analysis and chi square test. Results：Residents’ participation and enthusiasm in the course were high，and there was still room for improvement in the course content，form and time arrangement. Different groups of residents have different views and needs on the curriculum of residential training. The identity and motivation of participating in training are important influencing factors. Conclusion：It is suggested to establish talent consciousness and pay attention to the difference of demand. Strengthen teachers’ teaching and expand the connotation of the curriculum. Enrich the teaching forms and optimize the course arrangement. Demand oriented and smooth feedback mechanism.
