目的：探讨PDCA模式在医疗纠纷法律风险管理中的应用及效果分析。方法：海南省某三甲医院应用 PDCA模式对医疗纠纷法律风险管理工作进行循环改进，比较分析 PDCA循环改进前、后该院医疗纠纷发生、预警及处置情况。结果：通过对应用PDCA模式前2017-2018年与实施后2019-2020年医疗纠纷情况进行比较，发现PDCA循环改进后，该院医疗纠纷数量下降明显；中度以上医疗缺陷数量下降明显；医疗纠纷预警干预的风险化解率增长明显；医务人员事前主动上报风险隐患的意识大大增强；经人民调解程序解决的医疗纠纷占比增加。结论：PDCA模式能够提高医疗纠纷法律风险管理工作质量，提升医疗纠纷风险预警和处置能力，降低医疗纠纷发生率，对推进医疗质量及安全管理具有重大作用。
Objective：To explore the application and effect analysis of PDCA model in the legal risk management of medical disputes. Methods：A certain grade-A tertiary hospital in Hainan province applied the PDCA model to cyclically improve the legal risk management of medical disputes，and compared and analyzed the occurrence，early warning and disposal of medical disputes in the hospital before and after the improvement of the PDCA cycle. Results：By comparing the medical disputes between 2017-2018 before the application of the PDCA model and 2019-2020 after the implementation，it is found that after the PDCA cycle is improved，the number of medical disputes in the hospital has dropped significantly，the number of medical deficiencies above moderate has dropped significantly，the risk resolution rate of early warning intervention of medical disputes has increased significantly，the awareness of potential risks reported by medical staff beforehand has been greatly enhanced，the proportion of medical disputes settled through people's mediation procedures has increased. Conclusion：PDCA mode can improve the quality of legal risk management of medical disputes，enhance the ability of early warning and disposal of medical disputes risk，reduce the incidence of medical disputes，and play an important role in promoting the medical quality and safety management.
