目的：分析某中医医院门诊运行情况，探讨疫情防控常态化下医院在做好防控工作时如何推进门诊诊疗服务。方法：对2019年、2020年医院门诊同期就诊情况进行统计学比较分析。结果：受新冠疫情影响，疫情前期医院门诊就诊人次大幅减少，随着疫情进一步控制，医院门诊就诊人次逐渐恢复正常；不同年龄段患者门诊就诊情况在疫情不同等级下呈现不同变化趋势；门诊就诊预约率提高，不同年龄段患者的预约率差异具有统计学意义。结论：公立医院应根据疫情形势的变化不断调整门诊服务，通过调整排班、加强预约渠道等方式合理分流门诊患者。
Objective：To analyze the outpatient operation in acertaintraditional Chinese hospital，and to explore how to promote outpatient diagnosis and treatment services under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control. Methods：A statistical analysis of outpatient amount of 2020 and 2019 will be carried out. Results：Affected by COVID-19，the amount of outpatient has decreased in pre-outbreak，and the number of outpatient gradually returned to normal as the epidemic situation was further controlled. Outpatient visits of patients of different age groups show different trends at different levels of the epidemic. The rate of appointment has increased，and the differences in appointment rates for patients of different age groups are statistically significant. Conclusion：Public hospitals should continuously adjust outpatient services according to changes under the circumstance of epidemic，and rationally divert outpatients by adjusting working schedules and strengthening appointments.
