中文摘要: 目的：通过对国内2011-2020年多学科联合诊疗研究领域的期刊文献进行研究分析，为促进国内多学科联合诊疗在国内的发展提供一些借鉴。方法：通过检索中国知网学术期刊全文数据库，获取2011-2020年多学科联合诊疗研究的相关文献，运用书目信息共现分析系统（BICOMB）进行文献计量分析，并采用gcluta 2.0软件进行进行可视化展现揭示该领域研究热点。结果：共得到相关文献544篇，高频期刊22本，高频主题词38个，复旦大学附属中山医院以42篇的发文量高居榜首。通过双向聚类分析，国内多学科联合诊疗研究可归纳为4大聚类热点：多学科联合诊疗在结直肠癌患者中的应用、多学科联合诊疗在临床教学中的应用、护士参与多学科联合诊疗研究和多学科联合诊疗在肿瘤患者中的应用等。结论：研究揭示了我国多学科联合诊疗研究领域的热点，为我国该领域发展方向提供一些参考。
Abstract:Objective：Through the research and analysis of the domestic journal literature in the field of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment from 2011 to 2020，it provides some reference for promoting the development of domestic multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in China. Method：Through searching the full-text database of academic journals of CNKI，we can obtain relevant documents of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment research from 2011 to 2020. Bibliographic Information Co-occurrence Analysis System（BICOMB）is used for bibliometric analysis，and GCLUTA 2.0 software is used for visual display to reveal research hotspots in this field. Results：A total of 544 related documents，22 high-frequency journals and 38 high-frequency subject terms were obtained.Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University topped the list with 42 articles published.Through two-way cluster analysis，domestic multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment research can be summarized into four major clustering hotspots：the application of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in patients with colorectal cancer，the application of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in clinical teaching，the participation of nurses in multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment research andapplication of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in cancer patients. Conclusion：The research reveals the hot spots in the field of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in my country，and provides some references for the development direction of this field in China.
