    目的:梳理我国公立医院行政职能部门绩效考核研究的相关文献,明确研究现状和未来研究趋势。方法:应用CiteSpace软件,选取“医院行政、医院职能、绩效考核,绩效评价”为关键词,分别在中国知网数据库、万方数据库检索建库至2019年发表的医院行政职能部门及人员绩效考核相关文献,对样本文献的时间分布、基金资助情况、研究机构合作网络和关键词共线网络分布等进行统计描述和定量分析。结果:我国公立医院行政职能部门绩效考核研究起步较晚,可分两个阶段,第一阶段(2004-2010年)处于“沉默期”,发文量较少;第二阶段(2011-至今)为“升温期”,发文量开始增加,近5年平均每年增加25篇。基金支持率20.93%,不同研究机构及单位之间合作度较低,研究热点集中在行政部门及人员考核指标体系构建,绩效考核方法的应用和绩效考核实施效果评价等方面。结论:整体上看,我国公立医院行政职能部门绩效考核研究还处于起步阶段,基金的支持率不高,不同研究机构及单位之间缺乏交流合作,核心期刊发表占比较低,研究结果可推广性不高,学术价值和应用价值都还有待提升。

    Objective:To sort out the relevant literature on the performance appraisal of the administrative functional departments of public hospitals in China,to clarify the research status and future research trends. Method:UseCiteSpace software,select “hospital administration,hospital functions,performance appraisal,performance evaluation” as keywords,search the China Knowledge Network database and Wanfang database respectively to search the performance appraisal of hospital administrative functions and personnel published in 2019 Related literature,statistical description and quantitative analysis of the time distribution of sample literature,funding status,research institution cooperation network and keyword collinear network distribution,etc. Results:The performance appraisal research of the administrative functional departments of public hospitals in China started late and can be divided into two stages. The first stage(2004-2010)is in a “silent period” with a small amount of publication;the second stage(2011-present)is in a “warming period”,the number of articles published began to increase,with an average increase of 25 articles per year in the past five years. The fund support rate is 20.93%,and the degree of cooperation between different research institutions and units is low. Research hotspots are concentrated on the construction of the administrative department and personnel evaluation index system,the application of performance evaluation methods and the evaluation of the implementation effect of performance evaluation. Conclusion:On the whole,the research on performance appraisal of the administrative functions of public hospitals in China is still in its infancy,the support rate of the fund is not high,the lack of exchanges and cooperation between different research institutions and units,the proportion of core journals is relatively low,and the generalization of research results is not High,both academic value and application value need to be improved.
