中文摘要: 目的：探讨PDCA循环在夜间质量与安全管理中应用及效果。方法：比较实施PDCA循环前（2017年）与实施PDCA循环后（2018年、2019年）不同评价指标。结果：实施PDCA循环后急危重症患者抢救成功率、急诊患者停留时间、医务人员满意度高于实施前，运行病历缺陷率、夜间不良事件发生率均低于实施前，各项评价指标呈良性发展趋势。结论：实施PDCA循环可以排除影响夜间住院患者安全因素，保障夜间住院患者医疗安全，持续改进夜间医疗质量安全，提高医院质量与安全管理水平。
Abstract:Objective：To investigate the application and effect of PDCA modelin night quality safety administration. Methods：The quality control indexes were compared between 2017（not carrying out PDCA modelin night quality safety administration for inpatients）and 2018、2019（carrying out PDCA model）. Results：After the implementation of PDCA，The success rate of rescue critically patient，The observation time of critically patients，The staff satisfaction were increased. The defects rate of running medical record，The rate of night medical adverse event were decreased.Various evaluation indicators show a healthy development trend. Conclusions：The implementation of the PDCA model in night quality safety administration for inpatients can eliminate influence factor of night inpatients，Ensure medical safety. Improve management level of medical quality and improve the level of hospital management.
