Abstract:Objectives：To analyze the main defect types and defects performance in the process of critical value processing，and find out the methods to improve the critical value management. Methods：Using Pareto method，on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the critical value treatment of 102 cases with defects in the inspection and inspection department and ward from January 2018 to December 2019，the main defect types were found out，and the defect performance was found out according to the main defect types. Results：Among the 7 types of defects，the cumulative percentage of critical value disposal records，intervention measures of doctors and patients and doctor-patient communication was 74.12%；There were 6 performances of 2 main defect types，in which the critical value disposal records were completed more than 6 hours，and the incidence of no doctor-patient communication records was relatively high（40.57% and 22.64%，respectively）. Conclusion：To carry out multi-mode training，continuously improve the quality awareness and legal awareness，improve the management process，improve the doctor-patient communication，strengthen supervision and reward and punishment，and continuously strengthen the emergency value management.
