Abstract:Objective：Analyze the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of medical staff in Changzhou City，so as to provide basis for governments and medical management departments at all levels to strengthen the management of medical staff. Method：A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 medical staff at all levels in Changzhou by group random sampling，and the current situation of job burnout was evaluated by MBI. Result：The job burnout of medical staff in Changzhou is more serious，which is significantly affected by multiple dimensions of demographic variables，such as age，education level，marital status，position，job title，working years，average working hours per week，hospital level and so on. Conclusion：Governments at all levels and medical management departments should take active and effective intervention measures according to the demographic characteristics of medical staff，reduce the occurrence of job burnout，and effectively protect the physical and mental health of medical staff.
