    目的:分析常州市医务人员职业倦怠的现状及其影响因素,为各级政府和医疗管理部门加强对医务人员的管理提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法对552名常州市各级各类医务人员进行问卷调查,采用《职业倦怠MBI量表》评价医务人员的职业倦怠现状。结果:常州市医务人员职业倦怠现象较为严重,受到年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业岗位、技术职称、工作年限、平均每周工作时间、所在医院级别等多个维度的显著影响。结论:各级政府和医疗管理部门要针对医务人员采取积极有效的干预措施,减少职业倦怠现象的发生,切实保障医务人员的身心健康。

    Objective:Analyze the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of medical staff in Changzhou City,so as to provide basis for governments and medical management departments at all levels to strengthen the management of medical staff. Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 medical staff at all levels in Changzhou by group random sampling,and the current situation of job burnout was evaluated by MBI. Result:The job burnout of medical staff in Changzhou is more serious,which is significantly affected by multiple dimensions of demographic variables,such as age,education level,marital status,position,job title,working years,average working hours per week,hospital level and so on. Conclusion:Governments at all levels and medical management departments should take active and effective intervention measures according to the demographic characteristics of medical staff,reduce the occurrence of job burnout,and effectively protect the physical and mental health of medical staff.
