目的:探讨合适于血液透析中心护理工作的绩效考核制度,调动血液透析中心护理人员的积极性,提升护理工作品质。方法:将工作量、工作质量和科研教学纳入血液净化中心绩效考核管理指标并在临床工作中实施。结果:血液净化中心护理人员工作满意度明显上升(P < 0.05);医师对护理工作的满意度明显上升(P < 0.05);护理工作质量明显改善(P < 0.05)。结论:实施血液透析中心护理绩效考核管理制度,可使绩效考核更加公正公平,调动护理人员的工作积极性,提升血液透析中心的护理工作质量。
Objective:This article will discuss the performance management system suitable for the nursing work in hemodialysis center,in order to promote the enthusiasm of nursing staff and the quality of nursing work in Hemodialysis Center. Methods:This performance systemcontains the quantifying performance,the qualityof nursing work,scientific research and teaching work in performance appraisal work of the Hemodialysis Center,and implemented in clinical work. Results:After the implementation of the performance system,the nurses’satisfaction with the performance and work increased significantly(P < 0.05);and the doctors’satisfaction with the nursing work increased significantly(P < 0.05);the quality of nursing work in hemodialysis center was improved significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Implementing the nursing performance management system of the hemodialysis center can make the performance evaluation fairer,mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff,and improve the quality of nursing work in the hemodialysis center
