中文摘要: 目的:在“医教研并举”模式下,分析儿科学专业型硕士研究生临床能力及科研能力培养现状,针对存在问题提出现阶段儿科学专业型硕士研究生培养的建议。方法:对某儿童医院儿科学专业型硕士研究生进行调查,并对不同年级和不同专业方向进行差异比较,分析研究生培养现状。结果:由于儿科学的特殊性,研究生的临床实践机会仍然匮乏,儿内科专业尤为明显;模拟技能培训有待加强;科研能力培养重视不够,科研时间不足,儿外科专业科研压力更重。结论:为完善儿科学专业型硕士研究生的培养模式,应将临床实践结合模拟训练、夯实临床能力,提高科研重视程度,培养具有较强的临床实践能力并具备一定科研能力的儿科学高层次人才。
Abstract:Objective:In the “simultaneous development of medical treatment,teaching and research” model,it is of great significance to explore the present situation and analyze the problems of the training of pediatric professional master graduate,and to put forward some reasonable suggestions. Methods:In order to objectively present the training status of clinical ability and scientific research ability of pediatric master students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional master graduates majoring in pediatric of a certain children’s hospital,and the differences between different grades and different directions were deeply explored,analyzed the current status of graduate education. Results:The study found that due to the particularity of pediatric patients,there is still a lack of clinical practice opportunities for graduate students,especially in pediatric medicine. Simulation skills training needs to be strengthened. The cultivation of scientific research ability is not enough,the scientific research time is insufficient,and the pressure of scientific research in pediatric surgery is heavier. Conclusion:In order to improve the training mode of pediatric professional master students,it is necessary to combine practice opportunities with simulation training,strengthen clinical ability,and strengthen the importance of scientific research,so as to cultivate high-level talents with strong clinical practice ability and scientific research ability in pediatrics.
