Abstract:This paper discusses the method of Boston matrix analysis，combining the subjective and objective factors such as the current national medical policy and the hospital's own orientation，the implementation of classified management of disciplines can provide effective basis and methods for hospital managers and discipline leaders to evaluate the construction of disciplines scientifically and reasonably and make scientific decisions. The implementation of differentiated development strategies for different disciplines will help public hospitals to improve the level of refined management，build a good discipline development ecology，determine the key disciplines that hospitals should build，fully release the vitality of each discipline，achieve the best effect of discipline development combination，and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
