中文摘要: 目的:随着医疗大环境的不断变革及深化医改的需要,医院开拓思路,在医院原有聘用模式的基础上,积极探索采用外引聘用模式,旨在进一步推动人才队伍建设。方法:介绍并分析医院探索实践的两种外引聘用具体模式,给其他公立医院提供借鉴和参考思路。结果:实践证明,外引聘用模式在加强学科建设、提升临床诊疗水平、吸引病源等方面都起到了积极的促进和推动作用。结论:外引聘用人员这支队伍,在医院的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective:With the continuous change of the medical environment and the need to deepen the reform of the medical system,the hospital actively considers that,on the basis of the original inherent employment mode of the hospital,it explores to adopt the external employment mode to further promote the construction of the talent team. Method:This paper introduces and analyzes two specific modes of external recruitment in hospital exploration and practice to provide reference for other public hospitals. Result:Practice has proved that it has played a positive role in strengthening discipline construction,improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and attracting disease sources. Conclusion:The team of external recruitment personnel plays an increasingly important role in the development of the hospital.
