基于RBRVS评价系统在某三甲中医医院中药饮片使用绩效考核的应用分析，主要通过对中药饮片处方中的味数、剂数赋工分值，以充分体现医师劳动价值。将中药饮片使用绩效考核建立在科学的评估方法和具体的量化标准之上，对公立中医医院鼓励传承发展中医药，调动临床医师积极性，具有很好的科学性和实用性。
Based on the application analysis of RBRVS evaluation system in the use performance evaluation of Chinese Herbal Pieces in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital of Chinese medicine .In order to fully reflect the labor value of doctors，mainly assign work points through the prescription of Chinese Herbal Pieces according to different herbals and dosage. The performance evaluation of Chinese herbal pieces is based on scientific evaluation methods and specific quantitative standards. It is scientific and practical to encourage the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine and mobilize the enthusiasm of clinicians in public hospitals of Chinese medicine.
