中文摘要: 目的：探索三级医院职能部门工作质量考核方法；方法：将各职能部门的工作职责和三级医院评审标准和要求作为质量考核内容，进行月度、季度、年度质量考核；结果：建立全程全面动态的考核评价体制，提高工作效能，充分发挥职能科室的主动性；结论：将职能科室工作考核与综合目标绩效考核有机结合起来，提升医院内涵管理质量。
Abstract:Objective： To exploremethods of the work quality assessment in the Tertiary Hospitalfunctional departments. Methods：To take the functional departments’work responsibilities and Tertiary Hospital evaluation standards and requirements as contents of the quality assessment，meanwhile conducting monthly，quarterly and annual quality assessments. Result：To establish a whole process and comprehensive，dynamic assessmentsystem.improve work efficiency，give full play to the enthusiasm of functional departments. Conclusion：The functional department’s work assessment and comprehensive target performance assessment are combined to improve the quality of hospital connotation management.
