Abstract:Objective：To learn the demands of hospital staff for scientific research work，so as to further refine scientific research management and provide reference for improving management quality. Methods：The self-designed electronic questionnaire “scientific research work demand questionnaire” was used. The content of the survey included time input，team，work evaluation，information access channels，motivation，constraints，pressure，assessment，professional title promotion，etc. Results：The channel of scientific research information was unblocked，and the positioning of scientific research concept was accurate，and the scientific research atmosphere was strong. Middle and senior personnel，master/doctoral students were the main force of scientific research. The scientific research team had strong awareness of scientific research. Tight working hours and insufficient ability were the main obstacles to the staffs to participate in scientific research. Conclusions：The scientific research management strategy adopted by the institute is reasonable and the management measures are effective. If scientific management focuses on working hours and personnel training in the future，it will be helpful for the sustainable development of the scientific research level of the institute.
