Abstract:Objective：To explore the effects of PDCA cycle and tracer methodology in the management of drug clinical trial institution in our hospital. Methods：The study reviewed the basic theory of PDCA cycle and tracer methodology，and explained how to apply these management tools in practice of drug clinical trial. Results：The application of PDCA cycle and tracer methodology could achieve the effect of scientific control of drug clinical trial. Conclusions：It is feasible and effective to adopt PDCA cycle and tracer methodology in management of drug clinical trial institution.
