Abstract:Objective：To preliminarily analyze the effect of standardized training for interns in emergency center，and to explore the application effect of Coriolis evaluation model in standardized training. Methods：According to the random number table，the trainees were divided into control group and observation group. Among them，40 trainees and 20 emergency teachers were evaluated by introducing Koch evaluation model. Results：The trainees’ satisfaction for the training content was higher，and the training basically met the trainees’ demand. While the score in the frontier of the training content，teachers and assessment were lower，with the mean values of 3.45，2.33 and 3.61 respectively. The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group（P < 0.01）. There were significant differences in the scores of theory and skill tests before and after training（t=-16.3，-12.8；P < 0.01）. There were significant differences in the various abilities and qualities before and after the training（P < 0.01）. The complaint rate of trainees was 0，and the accident rate was 0. 6.2% of the trainees participated in the publication of papers during the training period，and 8.4% participated actively in the research. Conclusions：By introducing the four-level evaluation method of Coriolis and combining with the characteristics of interns’ standardized training in emergency center，we can evaluate the effect of interns’ standardized training scientifically，and at the same time，the quality and ability of interns have been greatly improved.
