中文摘要: 目的:对急诊中心见习医师规范化培训的效果进行初步分析,探讨柯氏评估模型在规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表将80名见习医师分为对照组和观察组,各40人,观察组及急诊带教老师20人通过引入“柯氏评估模型”对培训效果进行评价。结果:反应层:见习医师对培训的内容满意度较高,基本满足了见习医师的需要,在培训内容的前沿性、师资、考核评价较低,均值分别为3.45、2.33、3.61分,对照组满意度低于观察组(P < 0.01)。学习层:培训前后理论和技能考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-16.3,-12.8;P < 0.01)。行为层:各项能力素质培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。成果层:参加培训的见习医师患者投诉率为0,事故率为0,在培训期间6.2%参与论文发表,8.4%积极参与课题研究。结论:通过引入柯氏四级层次评价方法,结合急诊中心见习医师规范化培训的自身特点,较为科学地评价见习医师规范化培训的效果,同时见习医师的各项素质和能力均有了较大的提高。
Abstract:Objective:To preliminarily analyze the effect of standardized training for interns in emergency center,and to explore the application effect of Coriolis evaluation model in standardized training. Methods:According to the random number table,the trainees were divided into control group and observation group. Among them,40 trainees and 20 emergency teachers were evaluated by introducing Koch evaluation model. Results:The trainees’ satisfaction for the training content was higher,and the training basically met the trainees’ demand. While the score in the frontier of the training content,teachers and assessment were lower,with the mean values of 3.45,2.33 and 3.61 respectively. The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P < 0.01). There were significant differences in the scores of theory and skill tests before and after training(t=-16.3,-12.8;P < 0.01). There were significant differences in the various abilities and qualities before and after the training(P < 0.01). The complaint rate of trainees was 0,and the accident rate was 0. 6.2% of the trainees participated in the publication of papers during the training period,and 8.4% participated actively in the research. Conclusions:By introducing the four-level evaluation method of Coriolis and combining with the characteristics of interns’ standardized training in emergency center,we can evaluate the effect of interns’ standardized training scientifically,and at the same time,the quality and ability of interns have been greatly improved.
