中文摘要: 目的:了解南京市养老机构护理员现状,为开展养老护理教育提供参考依据。方法:采取整群随机抽样法,对南京市8所养老机构的100名护理员进行问卷调查。结果:(1)养老护理员基本资料:74.4%为女性,47.9%年龄在50岁以上,57.4%学历为小学及初中。(2)养老护理员专业水平情况:64.9%无养老护理相关资格证书,62.8%无职称。(3)养老护理员职业态度:30.9%真心喜欢养老护理工作,40.4%表示长期从事养老护理工作。(4)养老护理培训情况:培训频次、方式、形式、内容均有待改善。结论:南京市养老护理员结构不合理,专业水平较低,职业吸引力不强,职业培训亟待完善。
Abstract:Objective:To understand the present situation of nursing staff in nursing homes in Nanjing,and to provide reference for the development of the nursing education for the aged care. Methods:By cluster random sampling method,100 nursing staff in nursing homes from 8 nursing institutions in Nanjing were investigated. Results:(1)basic information of nursing staff:74.4% are female,47.9% are over 50 and 57.4% are graduated from primary and junior high schools.(2)professional level of nursing staff:64.9% have no relevant qualification certificate for nursing care,and 62.8% have no professional title.(3)career attitude of nursing staff:30.9% sincerely like nursing care,and 40.4% are engaged in nursing care for a long time.(4) training for nursing staff:training frequency,mode,form and content need to be improved. Conclusion:The structure of nursing staff in nursing homes in Nanjing is unreasonable,in that the professional level is low and the occupational attraction is not strong. Thus,the vocational training need to be improved urgently.
