门诊服务水平的提升，不仅为患者提供形式多样的挂号方式，更应在就诊布局上增添了科学化与人性化的考量与安排。作者尝试将复杂的门诊服务系统化整为零，分析我国当前门诊在人力、资源以及医疗水平方面的现状，并针对门诊服务存在的问题，提出加大技术投入、盘活现有资源、打造精品团队的设想，为进一步提升我国门诊服务质量提供不同视角与多样选择。

The improvement of outpatient service quality is not only providing patients with various forms of registered way，especially on the clinic layout added more scientific and humanistic consideration and arrangement.
