Third-grade Class-A hospital Rational Drug Use Proportion of Drug Measure

目的：降低三级医院药占比，提升合理用药水平。方法：对该院用药的情况进行分析，根据相关法律法规，按照抗菌药物、辅助用药的性质，制定一系列管控措施，建立合理用药指标体系，并在实施过程中不断改进完善。分析了医院实施该体系后取得的成效。结果：该院辅助用药使用金额由2016年5月的1 943.92万元，下降到2017年12月的408.7万元，下降77.56%；抗菌药物使用强度由2015年的50.05下降至2017年底的40.82；全院药占比由2015年的46.38%下降至2018年的31.31%。结论：该研究建立的合理用药制度和措施具有可行性。
Objective：To reduce the proportion of drugs in tertiary hospitals and improve the level of rational drug use. Methods：A series of control measures were formulated according to the characteristics of antibacterial drugs and adjuvant drugs in combination with relevant laws and regulations，and a reasonable index system of drug use was established. The results obtained after the implementation of the system are analyzed. Results：The amount of use of adjuvant drugs in our hospital decreased from 4.4392 million yuan in May 2016 to 4.087 million yuan in December 2017，down 77.56%. The use intensity of antibacterial drugs decreased from 50.05 in 2015 to 40.82 at the end of 2017. The proportion of total hospital drugs decreased from 46.38% in 2015 to 31.31% in 2018. Conclusion：The reasonable medication system and measures established in this study are feasible.
