目的：使眼视光学专业学生实现理论知识与实践能力相结合，培养学生的临床思维能力和沟通交流能力，提升综合素质。方法：分别对2014级、2015级、2016级眼视光学专业本科在校生进行问卷调查。结果：实施早期专业实践后对加深学生的专业认知度以及提升医学生临床思维能力、医患沟通能力等方面有显著意义。结论：通过专业实践活动，学生清晰了解眼视光学专业发展方向，将教学和考试方法改进，强化理论与专业技能操作相结合，为专业课教学提供借鉴。
Objective：To enable students of optometry major to combine theoretical knowledge with practical ability， cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability and communication ability，and improve overall quality. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted among the undergraduate students of the Department of Optometry at 2014，2015 and 2016. Results：The implementation of early professional practice has great significance in deepening students’ professional awareness and improving medical students’ clinical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication ability. Conclusion：Through professional practice activities，students can clearly understand the development direction of optometry，improve the teaching and examination methods，strengthen the combination of theory and professional skills，and provide reference for professional teaching.
