中文摘要: 目的：探讨以“三环理论”为指导开展中医护理学科建设的效果，促进中医护理学科建设发展。方法：在中医护理学科建设中以“三环理论”为指导构建知识体系，完善管理制度及学科资源建设。结果：通过中医护理学科建设，护理人员中医护理理论、技能得以提高，中医护理适宜技术逐年增加，护理科研能力不断提高，专科护理满意度大幅提高，学科影响力不断提升。结论：将“三环理论”与综合医院的中医护理学科建设相结合，能充分发挥中医护理的特色与优势，为患者提供优质的专科护理。
Abstract:Objective：To promote the development of TCM nursing discipline，guided by Tricyclic Theory. Methodology：Building a knowledge system during the construction of TCM nursing discipline guided by Tricyclic Theory，in order to improve the management mechanism and discipline resources construction. Results：Through the construction of TCM nursing disciplines，the theory and skills of nursing staffs in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）have been improved，the appropriate technologies for TCM nursing have been increasing year by year，the nursing research capability has been continuously improved，the nursing satisfaction has risen substantially and the influence of disciplines has been continuously improved. Conclusion：By integrating Tricyclic Theory into the construction of TCM nursing disciplines in general hospitals，we can give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM nursing，provide high-quality specialist nursing services to patients.
