中文摘要: 目的：强化肿瘤专科医院医患沟通需要认识肿瘤疾病的特殊性，加强医患沟通的管理。方法：结合肿瘤专科医院特殊性和现实性，通过文献检索对肿瘤专科医院医患沟通现状进行分析。结果：在肿瘤专科医院中，医患沟通技巧、情感、文化背景和专业医学知识是影响医患关系的重要因素。结论：肿瘤患者及家属需要医护人员及时、理性的告知，并对人文关怀有较大需求。
Abstract:Objective：To strengthen the doctor-patient communication of correctly understanding the special nature of the tumor disease in the cancer hospital，strengthen the doctor-patient communication management. Methods：Combined with the particularity and reality of the cancer hospital，the status quo of doctor-patient communication in the cancer hospital was analyzed by literature search. Results：Communication skills，emotion，cultural background and professional medical knowledge are the important factors influencing the doctor-patient relationship in the tumor hospital. Conclusion：Tumor patients and their families need medical staff to inform timely and rationally，and have a great demand for humanistic care.
