Abstract:Objective：To implement hierarchical medical system and take scientific measures to prevent the medical risk. Methods：This paper analyze the status of medical risks in China’s hierarchical medical system，and expound the preventive measures of our hospital in hierarchical medical system. Results：Through the establishment of medical association，carrying out special diseases clinic，setting up medical risk fund，establishing medical risk information management system and other measures to prevent medical risks effectively. Conclusion：Hospitals must positioning themselves clearly，develop themslves， and help the primary medical institutions to promote the service capacity at the same time，prevent medical risks effectively，realize the first option at the grass-roots level，two-way referral of hierarchical diagnosis model gradually.
