目的：介绍1例MDT模式下的高危妊娠产妇的救治案例。方法：该案例是在妇产科、泌尿科、麻醉科、输血科以及重症监护室、介入科等科室的共同参与下，在医务处等职能科室的协调指挥下，开展MDT救治模式。结果：该案例以MDT模式救治高危二胎产妇，MDT救治团队奋战历时12个小时，手术结束患者生命体征趋于平稳，术后恢复和心理状态良好，两周后予以出院。结论：通过MDT模式来进行高危妊娠的诊治是可行且有效的。
Objective：To introduce one case of high⁃risk pregnancy patient rescued by the mode of MDT. Method：The case is the joint participation of the departments of multiple disciplines，including Gynaecologyand Obstetrics，Urology，Anaesthesiology，Blood Bank，ICU and Interventional Radiologand, and coordinated by functional departments such as the Medical Department. Results：After 12 hours of efforts by the multi⁃disciplinary team，the life of the high⁃risk patient with her second pregnancy was successfully saved.After the operation,the patient was in stable vital signs，and she recovered with good psychological state and was discharged two weeks later. Conclusions：It is feasible and effective to apply MDT approach in attending high⁃risk pregnancy patients.
