Abstract:Objective：To introduce one case of high⁃risk pregnancy patient rescued by the mode of MDT. Method：The case is the joint participation of the departments of multiple disciplines，including Gynaecologyand Obstetrics，Urology，Anaesthesiology，Blood Bank，ICU and Interventional Radiologand, and coordinated by functional departments such as the Medical Department.　Results：After 12 hours of efforts by the multi⁃disciplinary team，the life of the high⁃risk patient with her second pregnancy was successfully saved.After the operation,the patient was in stable vital signs，and she recovered with good psychological state and was discharged two weeks later. Conclusions：It is feasible and effective to apply MDT approach in attending high⁃risk pregnancy patients.
