| 摘要: |
| 目的：通过综合并优化干预措施，有效缩短平均住院日。方法：将综合干预措施分为管理类、临床类、医技类进行优化并实施，对比分析3个时间节点全院及重点科室平均住院日等数据。结果：采取优化的综合干预措施后，全院平均住院日、术前平均住院日、重点科室平均住院日及住院时间超过30天患者平均住院日在第3时间节点均较第1时间节点有明显下降，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合并优化干预措施可有效缩短平均住院日。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To shorten the average length of stay by comprehensive and optimized interventions. Methods：Separating comprehensive interventions into management，clinic and medical technology then optimize and implement them，comparatively analyze three time nodes，average length of stay of entire hospital and key departments and some other datas. Results：After adopting optimized comprehensive interventions，there was a dramatic declining trend on some areas containing average length of stay，include the average length of stay in patients hospitalized，preoperative average length of stay，average length of stay of key departments and more than 30 days from the first to third node. The contrast is statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive and optimized interventions can effectively shorten average length of stay. |
