Abstract:Globalization and technological revolution are intensifying the disciplinary crisis and practical challenges of bioethics. Traditional bioethics，lacking a unified methodological framework，is transitioning from an independent discipline to an integration of multiple knowledge domains. Technological advancements have given rise to four major ethical dilemmas：AI in medicine leads to a lack of algorithmic accountability and failure of informed consent；the weaponization of medical resources in armed conflicts undermines international norms；digital health technologies exacerbate inequities in resource distribution；and emerging biotechnologies challenge the boundaries of religious ethics. Cultural differences also profoundly impact ethical practices. Proposed solutions include educational innovation，governance mechanisms，theoretical breakthroughs，and policy actions. Ultimately，the paper proposes building a resilient ethical ecosystem-establishing a dynamically adaptive ethical system grounded in cultural inclusivity through contextualized education，technological governance，and global collaborative networks.
