Abstract:Objective：This study aims to explore the implementation pathway for process control in the sealing of inpatient medical records from the perspective of three-stage control theory，with the goal of constructing an efficient and optimized sealing process. The proposed approach seeks to enhance the quality and efficiency of medical record sealing and prevent disputes arising from non-standard sealing or copying practices. Methods：Establish a three-stage quality control process for inpatient medical records，comprising pre-sealing control，sealing control，and post-sealing control. Results：The quality and detail handling of sealing work have been significantly optimized，the preservation operation process is traceable，Full-process control over sealing operations has precipitated a holistic systemic advancement. Conclusion：Establishing a standardized pathway for inpatient medical records. Ensuring the timeliness，completeness，and security of the sealing process constitutes a systematic responsibility，all phases are aimed at constructing a protective barrier for welfare of patients and physicians.
