Outcome-Based Education Nursing Undergraduate Thesis Total Process Quality Management Academic Affairs Management
针对护理学专业本科毕业论文质量管控的难题，立足教务处毕业论文质量管理核心职能，以成果导向教育（OBE）理念为指引，构建护理学本科毕业论文全过程质量管理体系。本文梳理当前护理学本科毕业论文质量管理痛点，反向设计以专业核心能力达成为目标的管控流程，涵盖选题、审题、中期、检测、答辩、抽检全环节，有效实现护理学专业毕业论文从“质量管控”向“能力培养”的转型，为高校教务处开展护理学毕业论文管理提供可复制的实践方案。
Addressing the challenges in quality control of undergraduate nursing theses and grounded in the core functions of the Academic Affairs Office，this study constructs a total process quality management system guided by the Outcome-Based Education（OBE）philosophy. This paper analyzes current “pain points” in nursing thesis management and employs reverse design to establish a control workflow aimed at achieving core professional competencies. The system spans all stages，including topic selection，proposal review，mid-term inspection，plagiarism detection，defense，and random sampling. This approach effectively facilitates the transition of nursing theses from “quality control” to “competency cultivation，” providing a replicable practical framework for academic management in higher education institutions.
