中文摘要: 目的:降低静配中心成品输液的漏液率。方法:成立品管圈小组,根据品管圈的十大步骤,分析成品输液漏液的原因,拟定有效对策,组织实施,最终降低静配中心成品输液的漏液率。结果:成品输液漏液的真因为清场不彻底、加药时进针过于用力、无规范的摆液方法、分拣不及时造成的成品输液堆积。针对上述原因规范操作台清场标准、规范培训考核制度、制定摆液和装箱标准后,可明显降低每月漏液袋数,日漏液袋数由1.13袋/天降至0.52袋/天,目标达成率为102.42%,进步率为54.28%。结论:运用品管圈的方法来降低静配中心成品输液的漏液率切实可行,制定的措施为有效措施,可以提高静配中心工作效率,减少药品损失。
Abstract:Objective:To reduce the leakage rate of finished product infusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture service. Methods:Assemble a team of quality control circle members to examine the reasons behind finished infusion leaks using the ten steps of the quality control circles. Formulate effective countermeasures,organize implementation,and ultimately reduce the leakage rate of finished infusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture service. Results:Incomplete clearing,excessive needle force during dosage,unclear liquid swinging techniques,and delayed sorting are the main causes of finished infusion leakage. The number of liquid leakage bags per month can be greatly decreased,the liquid leakage rate can be decreased from 1.13 bags per day to 0.52 bags per day,and the target achievement rate can be reached at 102.42%,the improvement rate is 54.28%. Conclusion:It is feasible to use the method of quality control circles to reduce the leakage rate of finished transfusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture service. The measures formulated are effective measures,which can improve work efficiency and reduce drug loss.
